Green vegetables are great, but then we have tasty meats as well. You can surely have a side of veggies as they go beautifully with any form of protein. Whether it is fish, beef, or chicken, having a bed of mashed potatoes or braised veggies always goes well. These days people are turning vegan, but they miss out on all the delectable meat that is available these days.

If you’re a meat-lover and wish to try something new this weekend, dive into this article as we will reveal the five types of meat you must try before you die.

    1. Chicken

This may sound generic, but chicken is an all-rounder. You can boil, steam, grill, bake, and even cook it over a stovetop.

It’s a delicious meat and the beauty of this protein is that it goes with veggies as well. You can make it as spicy as you like or eat it bland too. It’s healthy meat, so feel free to eat it when you’re on a diet.

    2. Crabmeat

Crabmeat is healthy, tasty, and full of nutrients. It’s low on calories, so you can add it to your salad and even make crab cakes.

Crab cakes taste amazing with dips and they’re very tasty too.

You can get live crab or crab meat – feel free to check out DIY videos of cleaning a crab and cooking it.

    3. Lamb

Lamb meat is super delicious. You can make lamb soup, lamb chops, and even curry with it.

There are beautiful curries that one can make with this beautiful meat. Get some curry spices and make a delectable lamb curry dish.

    4. Beef

You should buy grass-fed meat. Grass-fed meat is healthier, tastier, and a way better option as compared to other meats.

It is believed that grass-fed meat can help reduce the risk of getting cancer or obesity. Nonetheless, you should always limit the consumption of any protein. Anything in excess can be bad for your health.

    5. Pork

Are you feeling porky today? Well, that’s just a way of saying that you feel like having a pork dish.

You can try different cuts and make all kinds of dishes like pork sandwiches, a roast, and perhaps a porky burger too.

It’s got fatty meat and tastes beautiful. Don’t forget to pop open a wine bottle.
